Terms of Service

1. Service provider

Trakelino is operated by CNPJ 57.737.052/0001-62 ("we", "us", "Provider").

2. The service

Trakelino is a software-as-a-service platform for creating, managing, and analyzing QR codes, offered via free access, paid subscription plans, and one-time credit packs (the "Service").

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

4. Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are charged through our payment partners (including Mercado Pago in Brazil and Stripe elsewhere). Prices, features, and billing periods are shown at checkout. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

5. International customers

When you create an account or purchase the Service from outside Brazil:

• You (the customer / service recipient) are domiciled outside Brazil.
• The Service is the Trakelino SaaS described above (QR code generation, management, analytics, and related digital features).
• You use the Service and consume its results (including generated QR codes and related digital outputs) outside Brazil, for your own sites, media, or materials in your country.
• Remuneration is the subscription fee or credit-pack price shown at checkout, paid via our payment partners; the parties are you (the account holder) and the Provider identified in section 1.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam, or anything that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
